Yes, many customers order via Thermo Fisher, VWR, Braintree Scientific or Thomas Scientific. In Europe, we also partner BioServices, who also distribute our products. The cost of Labstamp or Digitail and the consumables (ink slides, needles, tail oil or tags) varies as it depends on order volumes. We provide discounts for larger orders. We also offer discounted pricing for Academic and Not for Profit organisations. Please use our Contact Us form to request a quote.
Yes, we provide training and support for both Labstamp and Digitail. It is so easy and quick to learn the application of both products, that we are able to provide training over a web call with your team. It takes only a few minutes to learn and understand the procedures, and a short period of practice to become competent. You can request refresher training anytime at no extra cost. Simply complete the Request Training and / or Request Support forms, or the one below and tell us what you need and we will confirm with you a time and date that works for your team.
